Doug Killion
Doug has over 21 years of medical device industry experience as an entrepreneur, inventor and executive for both large organizations and small development-stage companies. He was formerly the President of Sealing Solutions Inc., where he led the company from inception to successful acquisition in 2010. Before joining Sealing Solutions in 2008, Doug held a variety of senior management positions at Boston Scientific; including global marketing, business development, and project management. During his 13-year tenure, he was involved in four entrepreneurial ventures within the company. Prior to Boston Scientific, Doug held various medical device engineering and project management positions at SciMed Life Systems.
Doug has an MBA in Strategy and Marketing from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management, and a Bachelor of Mechanical/Biomedical Engineering from the University of Minnesota Institute of Technology.
Chief Technology Officer
Robert Ziebol
Bob has over 25 years of R&D experience. He founded Ziebol and Associates in 1994 and Pursuit Medical in 2008 to help start-up companies develop medical device concepts into commercial products. Bob has successfully demonstrated his abilities, helping build nine companies, taking multiple products from idea to market, and leading diverse teams to successful product outcomes. He has extensive experience in dialysis-related technologies, holds thirteen issued US patents, and has authored five publications. Bob has Bachelor degrees in both Engineering Physics and Electrical Engineering from South Dakota State University.

Keith Modert
Keith has over 15 years of medical device industry experience. As R&D Manager at Mentor and then Coloplast Keith led a team of employees, managed a $3-$4 million annual budget, and launched six medical devices. Keith has a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota Institute of Technology.
Medical Director
Robert Weinmann, MD
Dr. Weinmann is a Board certified Radiologist, former member of the Board of Directors at St. Paul Radiology, P.A. and current Board member/ Director of several local businesses. He holds a B.S. degree from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and a Medical Degree from the University of Southern California. He has practice experience as a surgeon, emergency room physician, body radiologist, interventional radiologist and neuroradiologist and has consulted for several other medical device companies.
